Gensler Intern interview questions

lInterview process was very simple. Met with a Principal, a mid-level team member, and a junior level team member for one hour. They mostly asked about my portfolio and to describe the thought process behind each project. It was a very casual conversation. I received a call from the Principal within the week with an offer. We then corresponded over the next week to get everything confirmed.

It's a phone interview with my screen connected to theirs. I was asked to introduce myself bilingually and walk through the portfolio on the screen so that they could take a look at the files simultaneously. There were one HR and one senior on the other side of the phone.
