Gensler interview questions

Had a prescreen interview with a Gensler recruiter to confirm my basic information, location interest, discipline areas from past work experience and portfolio. This led to an initial in-person interview with the studio director and technical director where I went over past projects and my current passions within the field. At first, the interview question seemed very deliberate but then I caught on that they were attempting to have me solve their current design issues on a few of their current projects without the intent to hire. Once they were finish drilling answers out of me, the studio director only left me five minutes to ask any question pertaining to the job. I left the conversation feeling used and more uncertain about how I would perform as a technical designer. I followed up the interview with a thank you and follow-up questions but both directors and the recruiter basically ghosted me after the interaction with no feedback or even letting me know if I got the position or not.
