Gensler Junior Designer interview questions

two staffs interview me. We have a very comfortable discussion for almost one hour. I introduced portfolio for about 40 minutes and talked about what I might work on if I was enrolled.

I applied online and was contacted a few weeks later for a Skype interview. It went really well and everyone was super nice and engaging. I ended up taking an alternative offer before my second interview with them, but it was a great experience.
