It was well organized online. There were 3 rounds including the HR. The interviewer were very supportive. The questions asked were also simple. Although I had internet issues the folks there didnt react negatively.

Interview
It was a pretty natural conversation between me and the interviewers. One was a studio director and one was a design director. In addition to gauging my technical skills they wanted to see my personality and how I'd fit in the studio.
Grabbed coffee with some of the principles in DC office and talked through past projects, current projects, and talked about my past professional history. It was very easy-going and they scheduled a tour of the office for me after.
