Interview process was laid back, easy, quick and to the point. Not a lot of our least favorite situation questions no one likes. That was definitely a plus. They were interested more on your knowledge of brands which is to be expected in the job skill. Overall, not the worst interview I've had.

Discussion with the hiring manager and department manager. They were kind and discussed the environment and the workflow. I was asked about previous employment and any interest in Goodwill's driving beliefs.

Phone screen to start, followed by in-person interview with 3 team members. Got called back for 2nd interview which went well, I thought. Heard nothing back even after following up several times.
