Took me into a small backroom. Asked me a couple of questions then asked me about myself. After that a tour around the store and dock. Went back into the backroom and asked if I had any questions which I did but then the lady giving me the interview based on my past jobs I had quit one and she insulted me by saying that I might have a attitude problem because I can't seem to work with others which was not true. I told her when she asked me the question why did I leave my last job that I didn't like the people I was working with because they never did their job and left all the work for me and when I told my boss he did nothing about the employees so I think that was very valid. That was so inappropriate of her. And then saying that goodwill is a very high place to work at comparing it to Wal-Mart. I almost bursted out laughing.

The store manager and district manager were easy to talk to. Interview went great! They allowed me to ask them questions and also gave me a tour of the stores
