Goodwill Project Manager interview questions

Phone interview with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, and peer group interview. The disappointing part was after the interview. Prior to the interview communication was regular and consistent. After the interview I couldn't get the HR person to respond to my emails or phone calls. I just wanted an update where things were; never received the courtesy of a response.
