I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Goodwill (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2016
Interview
They have a rather extensive interview process where you may have to have up to 3 interviews for the position. One with a member of management, the district manager and HR. This process took about 12 days from start to finish before I received the job offer. I personally only met with the district manager and HR but have seen some go through all 3. It mostly consists of standardized questions with a few personality questions about who you are and what are some things you enjoy outside of work.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Goodwill in Mar 2014
Interview
The interviewees talked about themselves the entire time, should have been a red flag. I was not asked any questions I was told how great they all were. They honestly could care less that I was even there. I did take the job out of desperation and stayed there for a while. I then realized how cruel an heartless they are at Goodwill. Horrible place to work. lots of drama and favoritism.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (North Haven, CT) in Apr 2012
Interview
It was long process. A lot of interviews with everyone in company. You went through a long drawn out process which was done on select people.Everyone was not treated the same.
