Great interview process! Thorough with awesome questions. Made you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Sometimes these interviews can be extremely long and grudgingly boring, but I assume it is to weed out incapable or subpar candidates.

I have interviewed at Microsoft, Aws and now Google. At first I thought the AWS interview was brutal. 4-5 hours in a full day about their 14 leadership principles. The day ended and I was mentally drained. But now, in comparison to google I prefer it. Google has 3 stages plus a presentation. First stage is cognitive ability then role related knowledge and Googleyness. I have to say role related was completely unrelated to the role, the scenarios which are problem solving scenarios have about 5-6 layers of questions that you have to decipher in a timely fashion. The hiring manager has also never been in sales and you can only be prepared as you can be. But it was a tough crowd
