I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google
Interview
I was reached out to through email because I'd previously applied to a position with Google. We set up a screening interview where I talked to the recruiter for about 15 minutes. It was very awkward and impersonal. She wasn't able to give me concrete answers about the role. She pushed me through to the next set of interviews. They would have required me to have multiple interviews only during business hours which I couldn't do because I work. I chose not to move forward
Recruiter reaches out for an initial screening call (around 30mins). If you pass that, you will have a second round which typically includes a mock sales call. The final round consists of 3 additional interviews, after which your case may be reviewed by their hiring committee.
