The recruiter helped one of the candidates schedule an additional interview with one of the interviewers. That candidate finally got the offer. The recruiter said I had positive feedback but got rejected because the other candidate had direct experience with the team. I get to know all these information from my referrer at Google. Be prepared for such an unfair process if you’re directly interviewing for a role in a certain team.
