I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Google (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2025
Interview
Three interviews for external candidates. Internal only requires two. Your recruiter is a great resource and wants you to land the position. Rely on that person to guide you through the process and stay close to them.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you leveraged data to influence a change or the priorities of a business? How did you approach the situation and what was your recommendation? If faced with the same situation again, what might you do differently?
The process for an Account Executive role at Google Dublin typically consists of four stages, including an information session, initial screening, and multiple interviews with different team members. The timeline is not extremely fast — there are waiting periods between stages, especially after the final round. Candidates report the full process taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Great support during the process.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
