Interview
The interview process involved several interviews from direct reports, peers and cross-functional teams and consisted of digital/advertising industry basic knowledge to a working-knowledge of the company's products/services, all the way to advanced situation analysis and solutions-based offering to ascertain a well rounded view of the interviewee.

Question 1
Roleplay situations were standard in all of my interviews, these were client/company situations where we alternated between either roles.
Got reached out to by a recruiter.
Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.

Waiting on the final decision now. Process took about two months
Currently interviewing, would love to learn other's experience. I passed both assessments online, they were pretty easy and took about 30-40min each. Did a phone screening, now waiting for interviews.
