First, I submitted my CV and received a email back from Google 3 months later.
I then arranged a phone interview with the recruiter she was friendly and asked me basic questions. I then was told I was through to the next round and she asked for a time and a date to suit me.
A week later, a member from the team rang me? The interview was quite challenging with some unexpected questions. I have to wait and see if I get through to the next round.

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Interview
Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
