The process was time consuming, which is totally understandable, considering this was for a leadership role, but the feedbacks provided at the end of the process was extremely vague and left a lot to be desired for self improvement, and genuinely understanding what I should've done differently next time to increase my odds.

3-4 rounds of interviews with a lot of personality assessments. not really difficult but time consuming and not a lot of feedback received as to what exactly they were looking for
