I had 2 separate interviews across leadership and job capabilities. Both within the week with two different interviewers. The recruiter set up both as per what suited my schedule - there was no pressure

They asked situational based questions on what would I do if "". They asked how I would manage people, approach underperforming ppl, address when we are not on target
3-4 rounds of interviews with a lot of personality assessments. not really difficult but time consuming and not a lot of feedback received as to what exactly they were looking for
