I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Google (Playa Vista, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Pretty straight forward. They ask vague questions and expect you to answer them with logical reasoning, and articulate your logic along the way. Unsure but it all feels a bit subjective, so unsure how the actual 'grading of the answers goes.

Question 1
How would you explain the difference between traditional vs digital advertising?
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
