It was the first step in the recruiting process. I had an on campus interview with the recruiter in which she explained to me how the process was and what kind of work a sales mamager does. It was the classical fit interview in which you have to show who you are and demonstrate googliness.

Questions of strengths and weakness.
3-4 rounds of interviews with a lot of personality assessments. not really difficult but time consuming and not a lot of feedback received as to what exactly they were looking for

Initial interview on the phone with HR specialist. Following that zoom interview with department. Following that in person interviews should be taking place. I did not continue through the process
