I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Step 1 a screening call. Step 2 hiring manager who position would directly report to. The hiring manager was not impressive. I cut the interview short because I didn't want to work with someone that was less experienced or knowledgeable in the subject matter myself.

Applied online from a job posting I found on levels.fyi. Went through a two-month interview process including a phone screen and on-site interviews. Faced questions on product design, estimation, technical knowledge, strategy, and behavioral aspects.
Received an offer within two weeks post the challenging but fair interview sessions, with strong support from the recruiter throughout.
