phone screen, case study and on site with full panel of interviews with many PMs found it ok but long process with uncertain timeline to hear back from the full team on my decision

A 30 minute discussion with HR on the interview process and types of questions to prepare for. Post-call, the HR person sent an email with the information to prepare. During the first round of phone screen, the interviewer quickly eased me into the process and asked a design-analytical question. The question was uniquely crafted - not the typical "design a clock for blind" type. Her follow-up questions were thorough and ensured that she understood the solution and analyses I provided. Unfortunately, did not make it to the next round.
