One test was conducted with 2 hr interviews within 2 weeks, one was slightly technical, another one was purely based on management skills and delegation methods which were to be employed.

After getting past the phone screening call with a PM, I had six back to back 1 hour meetings with PMs from different departments all on Google Meet. Each meeting I was asked a different hypothetical question along side a question where I was asked to describe a time when.
