Google Produktmanager interview questions

It was lengthy. While they want to know if you are able to think and analyze in a specific way, it seemed to me that they know the profiles they want before the interview and are looking for particular people (not open to all demographics). I was also under the impression that I was undergoing the interview process as part of a protocol but the candidate was already selected.
