Question 1
What was the most difficult process you had to work through.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Google in May 2021
Interview
Recruiter seemed uninterested from the start. I asked her 3 questions at the end of the interview and to one of the questions she responded “I don’t know! Do you?” I was really disappointed with experience. Working with Google has been one of my dreams and that interview broke my heart. I feel like even if the candidate is not qualified you should always treat them with respect and be humble.

Question 1
Normal questions about experience and will need to provide examples.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Google in Apr 2021
Interview
Really slow process, they knew I was further down the line with other companies when I was referred in. Was being considered for two roles, was rejected for the first one but they wanted to consider me for a different team as all my feedback was "positive" and they said they "wanted to find me a home at google". I had that interview which went well but was told I would find out in 2 weeks and then would be a week after if it went through to the "hiring committee" and they understood I had other offers on the table. Didn't speed up the process then pulled the plug last minute due to "lack of stakeholder management", which wasn't shared throughout any of my feedback or touched upon in detail on my interview questions.
