Two hour long technical interviews scheduled back to back via phone calls and a coder pad. Your chance of getting the job is entirely in the hands of whether your interviewer is having a good day or not. First interview went well, was gifted with a kind and helpful interviewer. Second interview had to be rescheduled since the interviewer never showed up. Two weeks later had the second interview. Interviewer was absolutely horrible, practically had to interview myself as the interviewer clearly did not want to be there
