Firstly i got asked questions about the job and myself and then i got to solve 3 small algorithmic problems in c++ which they were pretty easy if you know algorithms and data structures

Was contacted by Poland based recruiter to work in Warshaw office. It was cold call so I was less them interested for sure.
Mostly by curiosity passed initial review and got "call from senior developer". But senior was really frustrated and less than optimistic.
Salaries research was less than optimistic too, so I declined from further steps.
