Grant Thornton interview questions

Submitted CV and cover letter, online cognitive testing and personality assessment, video interview - 5 questions with 30 seconds to prepare in between, assessment centre (individual test, group activity, one on one interview)

Standard behavioral interview with usual questions. Asked about yourself, your plans, why GT, and similar questions. Took place on campus and was fairly relaxed. Had interviews with 2 different interviewers one after the other: one young associate and another older, director level interviewer.
