Grant Thornton interview questions

First round of interview is either a phone interview of on campus interview with HR representative. Second round of interview(s) consists of 3 - 30min each interviews with manager or partner level employees.

The interview itself was very relaxed and incredibly conversational-like. The interviewer seemed more focused on if you can hold a professional-like conversation than actually asking confusing, scenario-type interview questions. We both went through my resume and asked various questions about past employment. Communication is key.
