Interview

I interviewed for the business consultant position. The first round was a behavioral on campus interview that was very conversational. Nothing technical or too difficult. The second round was at their office in Chicago. Again, the interviews were very relaxed and conversational. Nothing tricky or difficult.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2015

Interview

Primarily behavioral but there were a substantial amount of behavioral questions. I had interviewed with three accounting firms prior to this experience and thought this one went the worst of all three of the firms (two were in the big four).

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015

Interview

The interview process was straightforward. I applied via on-campus interview, received an in-person interview offer about 1 week later and was flown out at the company's expense. During the in-person interview I met with 3 Partner/Directors. I received an offer a few days later.
