Mainly behavioral questions, the interviewers are generally focused on trying to have a conversation with you. The interview process started with school interviews, dinner and then office visit.Two sets of interview at school, once they would screen you and then invite you for a dinner where we would socialize with the partner level employees. And then one will have the official office visit, where one would meet the higher management to get an insight of the firm, followed by more interviews with the tax department managers, go out for lunch and then more group meetings to understand the business.
