Grant Thornton interview questions

It was good and very technical and professional. Should be fully prepared and aware about job description . Be careful while answering technical questions may get reversed or follow through questions

I was interviewed with a very young senior manager- sustainability at Grant Thornton online in Australia. She aggressively was asking questions from the start without explaining the role and company which was quite vague. All the questions were about how to get clients and how to inspire them to work with us in the sustainability field which was not relevant to the role (at least based on the job description). I also attended the case study assessment (online) and we were 9 including 3 from the same company. One of the internal applicants the whole time was smiling at the camera and was like doing nothing which was very ridiculous as we had only 1 hour to write 2/3 pages. After the interview we (the applicants attended the case study assessment) were in contact together and they felt the same about the process being fishy. It was obvious that they wanted to get the internal employee and this process was only about passing the requirements for job recruitment. None of the internal employees were in the field. Do not apply for the roles in this company as they already have someone in mind whether you are better or not.
