First you will get screened in and then followed by Amptitude test, if clear the aptitute you will select for G.D round. In G.D Round in which they will give you some simple topic. Around 15-18 people will be there including the selectors.

Interview
Por lo que siempre entendí eran 3 entrevistas:
- Reunión con un grupo de candidatos a ingresar en la empresa y la persona de RH explicando el giro de la empresa, horarios y prestaciones.
- Entrevista con persona de RH, donde te hace preguntas respecto a anteriores experiencias laborales, que esperas de la empresa y porque consideras que la empresa debería seleccionarte.
- Entrevista con un supervisor, que en teoría en caso de entrar sera tu primer jefe. Donde básicamente te explica que actividades desempeña el puesto al que estas postulado más a detalle, pregunta respecto a tu experiencia profesional, área de estudio, porque crees que encajas en el puesto y si te vez al menos más de un año en la empresa.
