HERE Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

First we were told to give an online aptitude test.. wherein we had 3 sections, English, quantitative apti and LR. There was no use of giving this test because there were many who did not appeared for the test and still got a mail to come for the interview. We were informed that they just hire people from bits pilani and dont have much expection from us. So the 1st round was quite simple and basic one. I was the 1st one to go in. I did j2ee mvc certification and also 6 projects using the same. Still those idiots kept on a hold. Like I was the 1st one, on what basis i was kept on hold. The biggest partiality was done when the results were announced. There was a guy who had worst interview. Answered things wrong also he was interviewed for just 10 10 15 mins. But still he got selected and inwas rejected. A total waste of time. There was one referal even he had a tough interview and got selected (politics). Big name (HERE MAPS) small and bad mentality.
