HSBC’s internship interview process includes four key stages. First, candidates submit an online application, often including a CV. Next, they complete online assessments designed to test cognitive and behavioral skills while simulating real work scenarios. Successful applicants proceed to an assessment center (or Super Day), featuring exercises and interviews to evaluate their skills and motivations. These sessions may be virtual or in-person and include interaction with HSBC professionals. Candidates receive feedback and support throughout the process, including personalized development reports and access to resources. HSBC ensures inclusivity by offering adjustments for candidates with disabilities or specific health conditions.
