I interviewed at Haemonetics (Wisconsin Dells, WI)
Interview
So far so good. Interview is still in the works. Waiting for my second interview for a clinical specialist position. First one was held in a very casual spot which was a first for me.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Haemonetics (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Waste of time - Company has no idea what they are doing or what they want. First they reached out voluntarily through a headhunter, had me fill out multiple questionaries of "what-if" scenarios. I legit put over 15 hours of work filling it out. Put me through multiple rounds of interviews (spoke to 7 different people) and I had to follow up every time about the next round. Honestly, I'd have appreciated if I was turned down after the first round, was an effin waste of time.

Question 1
Lot of questions around my experience and what I have done in the past
I went through multiple stages of the interview including screening questions, the recruiter, the hiring manager, and additional team members, including the director. After that, I believe there would’ve been one more step.
I made it to the point of meeting with the director. I’m assuming at some point they decided I wasn’t the right candidate since she started off the meeting saying she and her colleague were debating who would get “the short end of the stick” because of having to choose a morning interview with me. The tone felt condescending throughout.
In hindsight I’m glad I didn’t get the role because that’s the type of culture they must have.
