Haemonetics interview questions

I had an excellent interview process with the team at Haemonetics.I was impressed all the way through the cycle, including interactions with the talent acquisition team, the hiring manager and additional interviewers. The individuals I engaged with were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the company, the position I was interviewing for, and how I would collaborate with their teams, if hired. I found the talent acquisition team to be highly responsive, moving the process along quickly and with very timely next steps. I was extremely appreciative of how the staff was accommodating and supportive in handling a few scheduling challenges. My experience during the interview process provided great insight into the personnel at Haemonetics and the caliber of person they look for to be part of the team.

I had 2 phone screens and an additional 2 in person interviews with a total of 11 people. The questions were redundant and not overly sophisticated. The Coordinator was exceptionally professional and kept me in the loop. After investing a substantial amount of time in the process (time out of work), I was rejected with a simple email and no explanation. I emailed the recruiter asking for feedback and received no response. After meeting with such quality people this was very disappointing. Also they did not ask my salary requirements until the end of the process which could be why I was rejected.
