The selection process consists of the following steps: 0. Online application; 1. First call with Management; 2. Second call with Management; 3. Final call with HR Manager; 4. Offer. The interviews are not technical, as the interviewers are mostly interested in getting to know the candidate as a person and their motivation, to see if they would be a good fit for the company. Overall, some questions were challenging and unexpected (they focus a lot on every detail that you write on your CV and Cover Letter), but the experience was very positive and smooth. The interviewers are very kind and helpful and they do their best to make you feel comfortable.
