Question 1
Name a difficult situation/mistake you made at previous position and how did you handle/overcome it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Fairfield, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was hired through talent acquisition, messaged via Linkedin, then spoke on the phone for a phone screening (very brief) just information on the program and Hilti. Had another phone screen with the department head, where I spoke on the phone about myself. Had a skype interview with 2 people, (the dept head, and another Engineer). Wasn't hard, they are looking for individuals that have personality, not robotic engineers.
