Interview
Initially HR will complete a phone interview. This will consist of basic questions and personality questions. After that interview I was invited for an in person interview. It was a group interview with three people. The have a list of personality questions they go through which takes about an hour. There was some discussion of my previous experience mixed in with the personality questions. After those questions were all answered then I had time to ask any questions I had about the company and department structure.
