Great. The talent agent was very personable and informative during the process. The process was very smooth. I had to opt out of interview process due to certain restrictions that I couldn't get pass.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2025
Interview
HR screening interview process was very thorough like hiring for a security job... :) Seems there is a high employee turnover as for the same job they are hiring every 6-9 months. Their base salary is not competitive at all 70k.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hilti North America
Interview
Compared to other companies I interviewed at, Hilton’s process was relatively simple and straightforward. You do the initial recruiter interview, and interview with the regional manager whose team you will be joining ( at least for me) and then the final with the divisional manager and one other. Everything was very transparent and I didn’t have to wait forever for a decision
