Interview
I was excited to join Hilti - mainly because of their great values that I share and have been echoed by past and current employees. I researched the company thoroughly and was very prepared. I have an extensive background in marketing and the hiring team felt that I would be better suited to a marketing role, and to 'keep an eye' on their job postings for something in the marketing area. I know what I applied for and though the company seems like a great place to work the hiring people have blinders on or can't see the potential - even though there are many posts and content on their site from employees that had no construction experience.

Question 1
Basic stuff - can I lift this, am I comfortable on job sites, up ladders, clean driving record, etc.

Interview
Straight-forward process with HR screening, interview with hiring managers and then an interview with the division manager. They answered questions promptly and interviewed me relatively quickly. Expectations and compensation were laid out pretty well in the interview, although there could be a bit more transparency with how they calculate the bonus payouts.

Interview
First round interview with a member of Talent Ac team; basic questions. Second round interview with one or two Regional Managers; more pointed sales questions to feel out strengths and weaknesses you can bring to a team. Love to hear about any software sales experience as well as outside sales. Final interview with a Division Manager; much more personality driven and some repeats of RM questions if the second round was very thorough. Very good to have some questions ready to go for each round.
