I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hilton (McLean, VA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied online then received call the next day. Recruiter said I was an all-star candidate. I then met with another person in HR through HireVue. I was invited onsite and met the Hiring Manager. I was then asked to meet with a few others on the team onsite. After that, I was completely GHOSTED by HR and Hilton.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hilton
Interview
I was asked to complete a personality test that took approx 45 mins to complete. I was then invited to complete a video interview through their hiring system. Its uncomfortable talking into the camera and you are only given 30 seconds to read the question and think of your answer. You only have one chance at an answer and it's hard to see how long you have to answer the question. I don't think this is a particularly great way to get people to share their work experience as its a very unnatural situation and doesn't allow you to think too much on the answers you want to give - this would be different if you were having a conversation with a real person.

Question 1
Tell us about your sales experience (I was interviewing for a marketing role and do not have sales experience)
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review and provide feedback on our interview process. We are sorry to hear the video interview did not live up to expectations. We started using this technology to make our process more consistent, and to increase accessibility to more candidates across the globe. We thank you for your interest and hope you’ll consider us in the future.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruitment agency, they out my CV forward and I was invited for an interview for a higher level role that the agency put me forward for. I wasn't a suitable for candidate for this role but they suggested another (lower level) role. I went for another first stage interview and a second stage interview which involved a presentation. Ever since I have never ever heard back from Hilton. The recruitment agency chased them, but no feedback at all. I assume that I didn't get the role but feel that this behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. I can't recommend them as a potential employer.
