Aptitude tet, 50 questions 60 minutes time, 3 rounds of interviews with different managers, HR round, offer & then hiring. Lots of questions from panels and HR. GD&T, past experience, case studies, decision making and many more. Negotiation took lot of time.

Interview
Contacted by recruiter, brief phone interview, then on site visit. Met with several of the Team Leaders for one on one interviews. The questions were a mixture of technical and personality based.
Novice people took interview. As they were close to top people in the organization, hence were blue eyed boys . Perhaps arrogant. They called many participants and it was a 6 - 7 round of interview. I don't know what different managers were trying to find out by asking same question again and again.
