It was an entry-level position, so expectations were not so much about current abilities but the potential to grow.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (París) in Feb 2015
Interview
I got the interview through a recommendation from a former colleague. The process has 3 phases ( interview with a technical manager about competences, Human Resources responsable and then with senior director). The interviews are very technical so be prepared. They request the pay from former employer before proposing a salary. The quality of the process is very poor and shows how unorganised they are. They gave me a first offer which I didn't accept because of salary, and then they made a second proposal with better condition but not immediate and then no news from them.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Roma) in Jan 2011
Interview
Answered to a recruiting message, contacted after a couple of days from HR. Telephone interview with european technical responsible, then f2f interview with HR and department leader. The complete process took just one week because they needed urgently a profile like mine
