Pitch to Broadcast and print media to run stories and facts on the issue. • Op-ed: Request the Deputy Director to write an Op-ed article on addressing economic impacts of Covid-19 to be published in the Newspapers, Human Rights Watch Website and Social Media Channels. • Bilateral Advocacy meetings: Organize advocacy meetings with Policy /Decision makers to highlight the importance of addressing the economic impacts of Covid 19 supported by facts/research.

There was a phone recorded interview followed by an hour exam covering responsibilities of the position that was then submitted online. The communication was very clear but there was no in-person or virtual experiences so it was very independent from the interviewer/exam reader.
