I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY)
Interview
There were 3 30-minute interviews over a 90-minute period, each one with a different person (2 behavioral interviews, 1 case interview). All three were very reasonable in terms of questions asked, and the case wasn't bad. All of the interviewers and representatives were really nice and helpful throughout the recruitment process.
