Went very well, so nice and informative. Explained the process, training, sales, they posted a youtube video explaining everything on how it works and who they are. Explained the commission on how it works and what to expect with in the company.
Relatively light interview process. Few phone calls with managers from New York Office. Several questions about fit in sales role, and career goals within the company. May ask for mock cold call during interview or how you would act in certain scenarios.

Interview
1 phone interview, 1 zoom interview w/ 3 different people, and finally 1 zoom interview where you have to sell Indeed to the director and then AGAIN be interviewed. They way they interview you, with so many steps and people, you would think you were interviewing to sell nuclear codes. They make you sell the product as if you were on the phone with a prospect and then critique you for not knowing things about the product that you would only know after being TRAINED in the product. It was a ridiculous process.
