I applied through other source. I interviewed at Indeed (Tempe, AZ) in Apr 2017
Interview
Large recruiting event - group presentations based off case study, lunch, speed interviews.
Looking for culture fits and sales ability.
Recruiter stated they were making offers between 33K to 45k. That was completely not true.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you offer a guarantee? (during group presentation) They appear concerned about the competitor Ziprecruiter.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Stamford, CT) in Dec 2016
Interview
First there was an informal phone interview with general questions related to my experience, next round of interviews was a panel where they asked about strengths/weaknesses and why I would be a good fit, the last round of interviews was a mock sales call where I was asked to sell a demo to a potential client
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied on Indeed (hehe) and they emailed me asking for a time to call. They called me about a week later and asked me questions about why I'd like to work there and other stuff like that. After about 10m the recruiter said I wouldn't be a good fit based on personality.
