I applied online. I interviewed at Inmar in Jan 2020
Interview
I interviewed with Inmar in November 2019. I had a phone interview with a recruiter there and was then ghosted, only to receive an email three months later to ask if I was still interested in position. No apology and barely a sentence long explanation why they disappeared. I later declined to go any further in the process.
I originally applied for a completely different role, but my information was passed to someone else in the organization for this role. A month after I applied for the first position, I was called with a quick phone screen and a time was set up for a more formal discussion. That led to four other meetings with six other individuals, all on video. I was told that a decision would most likely be made in 1.5 weeks, and followed up the week after that deadline to inquire. I received no answer. Waited another week and followed up again. This time I received a response - no go. Overall, a long process - 2 months total and I do think I fell off the radar for a bit (no communication).

Interview
Applied online.
Got a request for phone screen from a recruiter. I replied right away but did not receive response for two days. Contacted again and she scheduled an interview .
It was a very very negative experience. Based on other people's reviews, I believe all are sailing in the same boat.
The phone screen was scheduled and it went on and on. The HR person kept on asking all sorts of questions even technical.
The interview was on for 1+ hour and all for nothing.
I kept contacting them intermittently for weeks and its been 4 weeks now still have not heard back.
Very bad experience and management.
No respect shown to candidate.
