I applied through University website and I only got a phone-interview from the manager. I guess because this is an unpaid position, the interview was relatively simple and easy than I thought.
The hiring manager responded to my application saying they'd already filled the position that I'd applied to, but they were looking to fill another, similar position. I said I was interested, had one interview, which felt comfortable and conversational, and was given the position. No Stata test and no super technical questions. Overall a great experience!

I mainly talked about my previous work experience and what I' ve learned from master's degree. They also asked about my practical skills and the reason why I applied for this role.
