I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intact in Dec 2022
Interview
Had my resume, qualifications and relevant experience all reviewed by industry professionals. After uploading the resume within 24 hours I received an invitation to have an online interview. This was a pre-recorded interview, where I sat alone and spoke blindly into my camera and didn't really have much chance to think about what I would say to answer about 5 or so questions. I added a smile and some light PC humour to my video and it was clearly too much charisma for them. I waited about 6 weeks before getting a 'no thanks' email. So, I never spoke to a human being, never met with anyone who was a real person and honestly probably avoided a very toxic work environment, based off of the glassdoor reviews and general industry Additionally, I had a contact in HR reach out to me to schedule another interview and then told me the position was given to an internal hire. We still met and this HR individual said they would be in contact with more relevant postings that were coming out and nothing. I also applied for another position at this company and had an Interview three months later. Then at the interview I was told a very specific timeline and that I "would hear from them, as they don't like to make people wait around'. No surprise, I have been waiting three weeks on top of the already long turn around. Overall, it's clear I'm upset and jaded by this company and honestly if you're in the Insurance Industry, go to another company instead, unless you enjoy wasting your time and waiting around for literally months on end for a medium-wage position.

Question 1
Because it was so long ago, unfortunatley I don't remember the questions. Also because they asked them and I had a whopping 2 minutes to respond to them...

Interview
I applied to this really interesting position a couple of months ago. The job description really seemed to correspond to my skills and experience and I was very hopeful to at least get a screening call from a recruiter. I applied on their ATS system, filled in the information, and created a profile. My application remained in the "In Progress" phase until about a week ago when I got an automated message that began with: "It was a pleasure chatting with you about the Graphic Designer – Talent Acquisition role. After careful review and consideration, we won't be moving forward with your application at this time. We truly appreciate your time and efforts throughout the process." I was of course disappointed that I did not get a callback but to get a message that said they had chatted with me when I had never gotten a call - I wasn't sure what to make of that. My attempts to connect with someone at Intact have been unsuccessful via LinkedIn or otherwise. I am taking a chance and writing up a review here in the interview form as it does technically fall under the interview process. Hoping that the candidate's experience improves over time as your company does look like it is a great place to work.

On the phone and video call, first interview with recruiter then second with the manager. Good interview and process was smooth, took a it of time though between each one.
